This year has been packed full of headlines that have impacted our customers. We’ve been proud to cover relevant news here in the blog, not only about food and beverage but also about the economy as a whole. We’ve also been excited about Fastcility’s expansion into two new states: Alabama & Arizona.
We started out 2022 hopeful that we could say goodbye to Covid and pandemic-related stresses. The big theme this year has been inflation. Food prices have faced severe pressures, meaning that most people have had to adjust their habits. Because you’re trying to be more energy efficient, you may have considered new energy-efficient equipment. You may have looked at reducing expenses by considering a high-quality water filtration system.
Inflation hit our Thanksgiving menu hard, but restaurants offered a good value, ironically due to raising their prices slower than inflation.
Looking forward into 2023, we believe dining in and taking out more will remain a widespread adaption from the pandemic. We also bet there could be a charcuterie board in your future!
Fastcility will continue to grow and provide exceptional service in 2023. We thank our customers and look forward to providing the best service available in the new year!
